Food was amazing, wings and loaded perogies were great. My wife's fries were served on my plate of food and my Caesar salad on hers, not a big deal but when I asked to have it replaced on the right plates the server seemed annoyed, and just switched the plates from one end of the table to the other, I explained we didn't want to swap out plates back and forth and that we wanted what ordered on our own plates. We were asked if we wanted dessert, but my wife still had half a plate of food, so I told her we probably would get dessert but if we could just have a few minutes so she could finish. She then told me they were closed and if we wanted dessert we needed to order now, I said oh, what time is it? She told me it was 9pm, I looked at the clock and there was still 20 minutes before closing time. We felt pretty rushed and decided not to get dessert.

Fries seem different, out server Julie was fantastic. Waited on promptly, food was served hot and we were checked in on and taken care of often. Clean restaurant.

I visited Swiss Chalet for the first time and had such a great experience. Kamat was super helpful in guiding me to pick something that suited my taste, and I really appreciated the care and attention. The service was excellent, and the wings were absolutely amazing. And without a doubt, I’ll be coming back again.

This restaurant chain is always reliable no matter where we go. As usual, the food was excellent as was the service. The hostess was very kind and friendly. This location was clean with a warm atmosphere. Our server was very professional. Highly recommended.

We ordered take out and everything was delicious. 2 half quarter chicken dinners with mashed potatoes and gravy. Both meals tasted great and were plentiful. Gravy is so delicious. The girl working the take out counter was very friendly and helpful.

My server this evening was Kris. She was an absolute delight - friendly, just the right amount of chatty and handled all over her tables expertly. On top of all of that, dinner was fantastic. We got the ribs and I loved the Smokey BBQ flavour.
